Magellan 20.3 - Metalink Driver: ECM Service gray out

I realize that Magellan 20.3 is showing gray out the ECM Service in Metalink Driver.
It is loaded in a Windows Server 2022 with CS 24.1 but the same configuration works perfectly in DEV environment.
When a connection is created for ECM, the option is also gray out and it can't be used.

What needs to be done to get that option available?
Your help is highly appreciated.
