xDesign document outputting/printing without document name

I am using 20.3.13 and have one specific document class that is only outputting with a "___.pdf" name as the document name. This has not happened before and only with this one specific document. Our Publish Distribution Definition uses the {$Business_ara}{_}{$Doc_name}{_}{$Data_ID}{_}{$Date_Time_Stamp} format for naming. It seems as the named output is only sending the "_", "_", "_" underscores to the print file naming convention. If anyone has any ideas, send away.
