is this something custom without using XECM , the standard protocol is SAP integrated into OTCS using the XECM methods and SalesForce will also integrate to OTCS using the XECM method, If SAP invoices need to be seen in SF you will use a "Cross Application" workspace.

With this, whether the objects exist in OTAs your SAP items make as part of the transaction can be visible in both systems.

Obviously, if you want to pursue a custom route it should be possible but it will almost be like reinventing the wheel.

Full Disclosure:I do not know SAP or SF but I know XECM the magic glue…

    Hello Appu,

Thanks for your Inputs and suggestions. I am not looking to go with XECM for Salesforce, as I no need to use full features of DMS/ECM.. Just to see the SAP Invoices in Salesforce.

    1. In the landscape, SAP is already connected with core Archive and data can be retrieved and viewed in SAP. The same data would like to see in Salesforce as well.
    2. So, to accommodate the above requirement, I started connecting core Archive to Salesforce via API. Following API guide and stuck at 'repositoryConfigKey'. would like to know what this parameter is?????
