I am unable to login to core capture designer i am using using tenant password and email but I don't have a siteName.

Hi @dankochan,

The SiteName is the "Tenant Name" in the screenshot below. You to get to this page by going into the Admin Console and then selecting the tenant.

When you're trying to log in to the Capture Designer, please make a note of the following…

Core Capture Data Center = select "US Data Center 2" which points to corecapture.us.opentext.com
Email Address / Password = this is your Tenant email address and password
Site Name = this is the Tenant Name as shown in the above screenshot
Subscription Name = to auto-populate the subscription name, click on the refresh button next to the field

@dankochan Can you please change the Data Center to "US Data Center 2" so that you're connecting to http://corecapture.us.opentext.com.
