Support for Voltage FPE encryption here?

Please forgive me, this forum may not be the correct place for this question. A number of years ago I authored some C code to interact with a product called "Voltage FPE Encryption" (FPE=Format Preserving Encryption). My recall is HPE was the vendor.

A failure I've been asked to investigate today (Aug 17, 2024) I believe may be an issue with the age of the library (4.2.1.r164079) which also includes a number of expired PEM files in a trustStore directory.

Is OpenText the vendor for Voltage FPE? If so, are there updated client libraries available (calling code is written in C)?
