Opentext Smartview is prompting for sign-in

Hi Members,

SmartView is prompting for sign-in pop-up.

When entering the credentials in username/password (or) when clicking the cancel, it is returning the same prompt and not allowing to perform any operation like navigation etc.

we are using SSO.

Please advise.

do you have the same issue in the Classic UI ? what do the logs in OTDS / Content Server say ?

Thank you for reply.

Issue is happening only on SmartView.

Currently we have 'Session Timeout Alert (minutes)' in 'Security Parameters' is 3 minutes. ….. if I increase to more than 10 minutes on each frontend and restart the CS service, the issue is getting resolved by-itself.

Please advise what could be the issue ?

OTDS and CS logs were not showing any clue, however, I shall enable and check OTDS and CS one more time if I can find any clue.
