Opentext Smartview is prompting for sign-in

Hi ,

SmartView is prompting for sign-in pop-up. This is happening after session timeout(after 10-15 minutes of leaving the browser ideal), which is behaving not the same as ClassicView.

When entering the credentials in username/password (or) when clicking the cancel, it is returning the same prompt and not allowing to perform any operation like navigation etc.

Please advise.

When I try to troubleshoot in the browser developer tools, I see the below messages..
