Hi,

I am trying to resolve a problem, and getting that close to despair..

Our customer is using Enterprise Scan ce 22.2, with remote pipeline.

We have customized the script of updated in one of the category fields, to call a webservice

and populate some other category fields.

Recently, in many client ES, the users are getting this Error(attached):
"Web Service Connector Problem".
I checked the logs of my web service, Enterprise Scan and even the pipeline, to find an error logged with the message above, but found nothing.
Also googeling around and drilling opentext forum did not find anything.

Can anyone tell me if this error is comming from ES, and what does it mean?

Appriciate any piece of information that will get me close to resolve this puzzle.
