Hello everyone, My name is Emmanuel Katto. I am experiencing issues with search functionality in OpenText, where some documents do not appear in search results. What troubleshooting steps can I take to resolve this problem?

    Hi, the standard search mechanism—assuming that’s what you’re using—relies on asynchronous content indexing processes. It’s possible that if you’re searching for a document that was just added to the system using a keyword present within the document itself, the system might not have indexed it yet, which is why it doesn’t show up in the results. I'm also assuming you have permissions to see that document.

    If a reasonable amount of time has passed, the issue could be with the indexing chain. Where are you performing the search from? If you try searching again after a few hours, does the document appear?
