Can we access OTCS screen in mobile device browser as it is accessible from laptop browser ?

Hi Expert,

We are trying to access the OpenText content server from Laptop browser, it is working fine. But the same OTCS screen is not accessible from mobile device browser. Both laptop and mobile device are connected to same network. OTCS is on premise. Is there any additional configuration required to access the OTCS in mobile device browser? Because we are getting "Not able to reach to the site" while accessing OTCS url.

qualify what you mean by mobile device is it an iPhone or android or something that OT or you downloaded from the app store. if your OT content server is available in your network check using Fiddler or network tools

you type http://yoururl/otvd/script usually internet has to figure out what the address is and when it reaches the livelink script it will do a forward to OTDS so the OTDS URL is allowed a forward on the port configured all that has to work for you to see a page.

Typicaal culprits are DNS,Proxies,VPN etc…

check specifically firewalls I have our lab running several Content servers however its public IP is protected against DDOS by a specific firewall policy . We use NordVPN so it will only allow traffic from certain network segments if I have to call it on my phone I have to sign on to my nordvpn in my phone as well.
