Information Intelligence API is based on Intelligent Classification and IDOL components and embeds several AI models. This multifunctional service consists of APIs that expose: document editorial, system, and semantic metadata, transcript textual content, and classify documents according to taxonomies automated as AI models.

OpenText™ Core Messaging brings a Thrust Service for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and fax messaging channels together into a single, cloud-based messaging platform, eliminating siloed communication services. Whether sending one or millions of messages, the Messaging service makes it easy to deliver personalized communications to customers’ channel of choice to strengthen relationships, expand visibility and fuel sales.
