My experience in this is mostly in US or English-based OTCSs. However, since OT has extreme business interests in EMEA, I would think it is possible either at the configuration level or code level. If it leads to a non configuration, I would recommend you use the services on Answer Modules. This might be a pie of cake for them as they have so many options for forms and workflows and is a great investment for an OTCS customer. Coming from an Oscript background my first instinct would be that but after I have started using AM I am fully biased towards that.
