Records Management's RSI value on documents are not showing latest value within Web reports
Hello, we were asked to include the RSI value on a Web Report that lists all the metadata information about documents.
For some reason it is displaying the RSI value of when the document was first added into Open Text ECM, and not the current RSI value (if it was changed after it was first added).
The field we are displaying is: RMINFO:CLASSID RMCLASS:RSI RSI:RSI
Any help to determine how to display the correct RSI information for a document within a Web Report would be greatly appreciated.

I think your webreport shows the RSI on the assigned RM classification and not on the document.0

have you logged this with Support as well in case you are missing a patch? - Yes I opened an OT Support case, they have informed me that I will have to contact their Professional Services ($$$) to look at finding a solution.

I think your web report shows the RSI on the assigned RM classification and not on the document - if
RMINFO:CLASSID RMCLASS:RSI RSI:RSI is not what shows the RSI on the document. do you know what field I should be looking at?

@Kevin Huta did OT Support say it was not possible to do what you want and thus a custom tag, via OTPS or other, was needed or did you just get redirected because it was "development" ?

does breaking the subtags out give you the "correct" value e.g. :
RMINFO:CLASSID
RMINFO:CLASSID RMCLASS:RSI
RMINFO:CLASSID RMCLASS:RSI RSI:RSI

@Greg Griffiths - OT support told me that they could see nothing incorrect with what did but they are not the subject matter expert on Web Reports. To get advanced support, Our OT (Cloud Services Manager) main contact informed us that I would have log a a ticket with Professional services.

@Kevin Huta , Does this not work?
[LL_REPTAG_"231022" RMINFO:RSI SHOW /]
The above number is the node ID of the document
I want to show the RSI data on the primary RM classification that is applied to that document.
As per the tag guide for RMINFO:RSI :
The RSI associated with the primary RM Classification applied to the node. Note that the RSI returned from this sub-tag can be different to the RSI returned from RMCLASS:RSI, which is the RSI applied to the RM Classification0 -
What HSS2021 wrote is what I think is the correct way to get the RSI information on a record.

to get it pass the validate, I add the following line right after my original line:
<td>[LL_REPTAG=dataid RMINFO:CLASSID RMCLASS:RSI RSI:RSI /]</td> <td>[LL_REPTAG=dataid RMINFO:RSI SHOW /]</td>
The second line is showing the correct RSI, I will do some more tests but this appears to solve my issue.
Thank you!
