SAP MDG and Open Text Integration

Hello OT Experts,

I am very new to open text and I don't have any prior experience about open text, so please excuse me if this question seems to be out of the context. He is the problem statement

We have implemented SAP MDG on SAP S4 and currently , Material and Supplier master are in the scope of central governance of SAP MDG . During the process of Material or Supplier Creation the users may upload different documents into SAP MDG Application which can be accessed either by Fiori Launchpad or SAP NWBC client. We are not using any DMS but using open text to store and archive the documents. Now how can I integrate SAP MDG application with Open text. I mean when users loads a document from desktop they might have to choose the appropriate document type and when he saves it should generate a link which should be stored in SAP Business object for example BUS1001006 and SAP MDG.

It would be of great help if there is any documents, references or guides about how can we integrate SAP MDG and Open text - not sure which feature I need to use as well. ( I guess it would be archive link)

I maintained a Document type but after this, I am bit clueless.

Do I need to build any custom solution ?

Do I have any ABAP relevant classes or API's which I can use to create my own Coding?
