NAAF Fingerprint 2FA not establishing

Hello team,

We are trying to implement 2FA using NITGEN eNBiosScan-C1 (HFDU08) fingerprint device. We are using NAM 5.0.3 with NAAF 6.4.3 with windows 7 client. The device service is accessed in the user enrollment page of NAAF and the device is working in windows 7 client.

We are stuck in a position where the error on enrollment page is showing "no fingerprint device". Please help on the above if we can resolve this stucking point.

    Thank you for posting. Can you confirm which OpenText product you are using?

  • We are using NetIQ Access Manager 5.0.4 with NetIQ Advanced Authentication 6.4.3 & device service from NAAF client 6.4.3. The fingerprint model# HFDU08, product NITGEN eNBIScan-C1. As Client we are using windows 7 and windows 10. The enrollment page is accessing device service. The device is working normally in windows client and capturing fingerprint successfully. But the device service is unable to see the device on the win client browser.
