Anchor Hyperlink in Exstream 16.4.5 not navigating to correct internal destination

Hi everyone,

I'm working with OpenText Exstream Designer (version 16.4.5) and I’m having trouble with an internal hyperlink:

I have a text element labeled "POLIZA", where I right-clicked > Insert Hyperlink > selected an internal link and chose the appropriate anchor.

The target is another text element labeled "DOCUMENTO POLIZA PRUEBA", where I right-clicked > Paragraph > Insert Hyperlink Anchor to mark the destination.

However, in the generated PDF, when I click "POLIZA", it doesn't jump to the expected section—it navigates to a different page.

Is there anything I might be missing in how I’m creating or positioning the anchor? Or is there a best practice for ensuring accurate internal navigation?
