Hi, when we send a fax from core fax is there a 'from' fax number which is associated with the record or pool of fax numbers we use to send the fax?
If there are Accepted Answers, those will be shown by default. You can switch to 'All Replies' by selecting the tab below.
This is partially covered in the Core Fax online help. Once logged in the Core Fax portal, click on Help > Online help > Portal Online Help tab > Core Fax service > Managing fax numbers > Outbound fax numbers.
Also, users can select the default Outbound fax number from their "User profile" in the Core Fax web portal. They can also override the default fax number when sending a fax, but if the specified fax number does not meet the criteria outlined in the Core Fax online help, it will fallback to what was configured in the Outbound fax number field of the user's profile.
