Custom widget is missing after deployment

I deployed a custom widget to CS server exactly like i did successfully before on a different server.

There wasn't any relevant error during installation and during restart.

I can see the newly created module in admin.

However the widget is not available in Perspective Manager and is not listed in /cs.exe/app/config

How can I troubleshoot this?

Is there any specific log or logging definition that may help tracking the problem?

Check if the support directory where the JS assets got deployed has the same permissions webserver wise and OS wise.

The SMARTUI is a JS plugin. If it is my server i would have the working file explorer on my left screen and the non working system on my right screen and visually compare the artifacts for 100 % deployment or even ue like windiff or something like that to proff the deployment.

I Copied The Support\WIDGETNAME folder from the working server - still i cannot see the widget.
And no relevant error or any trace in any of the logs.

What about web server permissions? File server permissions? Is environment *Nix if so, case sensitivity, and everything else matters

In my server, I have a custom app, and I just noticed that in my module, I have a folder called /app

Inside there are bundles and lib and <modname>-extensions.json. This is the same thing that is deployed from my modules' support directory

/cs.exe/app/config I traced it so at the least you can see if it is grabbing info from your module, it is in the CSUI ospace.
