Starting around Jue 27 I'm experiencing service outages for AutoSave/AutoPrint for OpenText Cloud Fax Processor. This causes faxes to "hang" and not be routed to the destination folder. I've had this happen 5 times since June 27, it seems something is causing CloudFaxInboundAuto-Saveand AutoPrintInbound RetreiveService and CloudFaxInboundAuto-Saveand AutoPrintInbound RountingService to stop. I must reboot the server to restart these services. We did have a maintenance window around this time - does anyone have an idea where I can look to see what is stopping these services?
