error during exporting project

Hello

I'm using the Exstream communications builder (16.4.0) and manage several projects that generates pdf letters .

Lastly I unable to export an updated project. The communications builder raises the following exception : "encountered an improper argument" during the export , and interrupts it.

This problem I have only with one project, but the others are exported without problem.

Please advice me how to fix the error? I have the urgent update , but can't deliver it.

I tried to delete temp folder , it didn't help.

Windows Event log doesn't show any error.

Please assist.
