We have enabled the EEP report and the post that the EEP report is generating successfully. OT notifications is being utilized.
But the delivery status field in the EEP report is blank. the field <deliveryStatus> is empty. Any reason why this field is not updated with the status of the email delivery?
Attached is the sample EEP report XML file. We are able to receive the email, and from OTN emails are sent successfully to the customer, but why is the <deliveryStatus> field empty if emails are delivered successfully?
