I have a valid Client Id and Secret and when I try to send a test fax request I get { "error_code": "2909", "error_message": "Authentication Error" }

Hello, we do not have a support contract and were told to reach out with the issue here in the forums. We were told the Client_ID was valid and along with the secret and we are able to generate a token.
