We have an xECM system integrated with SuccessFactors to deliver Digital HR solutions.
Scenario:
According to the definitions in the KB articles and release notes, if a document imported into the system does not match any configured document type, it is placed into the "Native Documents of SuccessFactors" folder.
In my case, I am trying to simulate this scenario in my UAT environment, but the exact trigger for the creation of this folder is unclear.
For example:
When a candidate is onboarded and transitions to an employee, the "Native Documents of SuccessFactors" folder should be created within the employee workspace. This folder is expected to contain documents uploaded during the candidate phase, such as the CV or resume, based on the CMIS mapping.
