how to disable control center services will always have "warm up" during the first process

after server reboots/ or after a long period of time without active request/process. then when it receive the first input file, there is always a 26second "hang"/"warm up". after that the subsequence process will be immediate. fix typo

is there a way to disable the "warmup" behavior?

I would check out the authentication routines to see if there is any delay in that process. (Any active OAuth2 connections will have to be renewed if you shut your cluster down).

Additionally you could consider posting a dummy job to "warm it up" as you say.

Can you piece this puzzle in the log files? Where does the time go?

may i know the "authentication routines" is referring to where or how.

the setup is quite direct, we using opentext exstream v23.3 server based ( story teller ) via mysql. no cluster setup

yes i did try with the dummy job and set it to run every 1minute and the issue is never recurring.

Make sure you have the tomcat services running first as that handles all of the OTDS authentication work (if necessary as part of your job posting).

Do you have your services on delayed start?

I would get an administrator to do a trace for you.

Are you sure about the mysql part?
