Exstream 16.6 control center not connect (stay login administrator windows without error)

Hi every body,

i have a major issue with control center in a dev server : since a week, when we try to connect to control center, we stay on logon administrator windows with nor error message (wrong password or else).

so we cannot deploy any project,

The password was not changed, the issue is not on prod server and we don't understand the reason (windows update or another reason)?

Is someone had already this error?

What does the MGW log file say?

Is your Tomcat / OTDS / MGW running?

Sometimes at "month ends" there can be server reboots (for patches) and not always do the services go back up as they should.

A monitoring tool is excellent for this kind of issue.
