queued document retreival e-mail address

I know there is an e-mail address I need to set for the Deliver to Alternate Address field if I want to programatically retreive queued docs using the API call.

What is that e-mail address?

What Request do you want to set this in and why. The queued documant is generally set up in the Profile.
