Upload document from Java program

Hello,

I am new to opentext an d I would like to know what is the best way to upload a document to OpenText.

Is there a java API or is there a REST/SOAP API?

Hello,

I would also like to know how does the API manage the upload of high size files. Does it buffered the files so that the process does not consume to much memory.
