How to list just hidden objects (folders/files) in a query

Hi There,

Newbie with Livelink (or Content Server), I've been requested to perform a query to list folders / files being hidden.

I found some threads in the forum talking about to use the parameter "&showHidden=true". However, it looks like when using this parameter the whole set of folders / files (hidden and not hidden) are shown.

If someone could provide any clue about how to easily list ONLY the hidden folders it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm widely open to create a new report if required, but it would be great if there is any chance to do it as a "Complex Query" from the "Advanced Search"

For a query you could use the catalog column (from dtree). In advanced search OTCatalog (under System Attributes) should be the same field. I believe a value of 2 means the object is hidden.

I followed your suggestions and what I can tell you is that it worked. I can confrim that 2 is the value to be used for hidden objects.
