OTDS 16.2 Connection error
java.lang.RuntimeException: Test Connection failed with: com.sun.xml.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Could not access server Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
When creating a resource, I am getting this error, the links work ok, Please let me know .

What is the issue if you look at the three otds logs what does it say. In the case of a resource Content Server users are created and maintained by Content webservices(meaning SOAP although OT has started adding rest support).In that screen, you have entries for two WSDL's and a userid and password . If the webservices server has been connected correctly to a CS(web.xml in Tomcat, Web. Config in IIS) then when you click the button it goes to the corresponding CS . At least that is how you troubleshoot
