On loading a form it give me thid error "object xptoglobals inherits from non-existent object KERNEL::GLOBALS"
Anyone knows what might be the problem?

Every module has a global object which inherits the Kernel::Globals object. You have a module (xpto) that for whatever reason is not working properly. Has this just started happening? Did you recently install/upgrade/patch this module?

I´ve install and uninstall because off error and etc. is this bug directly related with another specific problem? how can i clean it? what is the best approach to resolve this?

What is the XPTO module, is that something you developed?
Yes - Start with your thread logs to see what (if any) errors you are getting when the modules load up.
No - Your best bet will be to work with your vendor to figure out what is going on
