Extending CWS without dot net and Visusl Studio

I am referring this CWS creating new services tutorial -

Please let me know how we can create WSDL file without using dot net and Visual studio. After updating build.xml I am able to generate class files. I have added genwsdl parameter into wsgen task definition.but its not generating the same and throwing below error. I am attaching folder structure and build.xml that I am using

You can do that tutorial with the free c# express I have done it and I did not have visual studio the full subscription one

Sorry I'm using an old topic, but I hope you can help.

I can see from your question, that you have got further than me. So, if I may I I'd like to ask how you managed to get the source to generate? I can't seem to get the generateSourceAPI.e file to run at all.

Can you tell me where you put the generateSourceAPI.e file and how you ran it to get it to generate the source correctly.
