Having Trouble While Installing This Software on My PC

Good morning friends, I am trying to download OpenText software on my Windows 10 PC. But I am having a problem, after completing the downloading process completely, when I try to install this, I am getting this error “Error 1625, This installation is forbidden by system policy.” I have no idea what could be the issue. Could someone please help me to fix it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your suggestion, but I have resolved the issue with the help of this article. I followed some useful methods from there. First I updated Windows as well as the program and then run the system maintenance troubleshooter. After doing the methods perfectly, the problem got solved. Then I easily installed the software and now working on it.
