Unable to open Documents in Webtop 16.7.8

Hi Team,

While opening the documents getting below errors:

    at com.documentum.ucf.client.util.impl.UCFWinJNI.getInstance(UCFWinJNI.java:39) ~[wdkextnnative.jar:?]
    at com.documentum.ucf.client.install.installer.registry.impl.RegistryFactory.<init>(RegistryFactory.java:17) ~[wdkextnnative.jar:?]

Kindly suggest.

Documentum : 21.4

Webtop : 16.7.8

Native Setup is installed and JDK is Redhat-Open-JDK11.
