Connect to OTDS from Desktop Design Manager

Hello, I'm having an issue connecting to OTDS from the desktop Design Manager to get my product key information. I have set up the users, tenant, resource, and allocated the license to the access role. I get a pop-up error message trying to log in to OTDS saying that the OAuth client ID is invalid. Has anyone faced this issue?

Hi , I am also encountering the same issue. Any solutions on this yet . Although this error refers to 9164 message in messages dictionary but resolution mentioned there doesn work.
