Hi everyone,
What is the recommended approach for taking a backup of Tomcat before performing patching? Should the backup be stored on a different server, on the local system, or on a file-sharing system? I would appreciate your insights and any best practices you can share.

What OpenText product are you using in conjunction to Tomcat?

We are using Opentext Archive Center 23.3 in conjunction to Tomcat 10.1.26 for OTDS and 9.0.91 for OTAC

I want to know :-
1)what are the pre-requisites steps
2)how to backup existing configuration and data before performing upgrade to new version like for OTAC(non-prod) we want to upgrade Apache from 9.0.91 to 9.0.98 and for OTAC(Prod) we want to upgrade Apache from 9.0.86 to 9.0.98
3)what JRE version needs to download or compatible with this Apache version
4)how to update pathway from oldest to latest version
5)what are the post installation steps we have to perform
