I am unable to find the RightFax forum. Could you please provide a link or some guidance on how to get to this RightFax Forum?

From MySupport home page:

Resources -> Discussion Forums -> in "Product Forum List" panel type "RightFax" in "Look for:" field.

Select "RightFax" from 3 choices presented.
