Error while using JobDocumentTransmit

Hi,

I am trying to download a fax using JobDocumentTransmit but getting an error "XOA-2909 [User authentication not accepted] : login not permitted: reason code = 1000 msg-not found". I have used same credentials used to send the fax and JobDeliverystatus which worked fine. Please find attached request and response documents and let me know where is the issue.

The error means exactly what it says. Are you sure the userid and password were entered the same as you did for the JobSubmit?

You did not show the Set_Server_and_Proxy(EM) function. Make sure it has the test URL and not Production.

Yes, I have test URL in the function.

I got your credentials through the Job Number. Logged into the Test MyPortal and it worked, which means they are not blocked. The only thing it can be is they were not entered right in the JobDocumentSubmit test. Or if you cut and pasted them there is an extranious hidden character that got in one of them.

Or maybe you got them flipped. I have done that before.

I tried everything but couldn't get rid of this issue. Can you please suggest me approaches to get hold of this?

We looked up your request. You are using the email address as the user id, not your real user id.

Yes, that is what I used for JobSubmit and JobDeliveryStatus (worked fine), what makes JobDocumentTransmit different from the other?

By the way I received Name, Email, Fax number and Password but not Userid. Can you let me know what I should use as userid?

The Job Number ypu put in your request has user id T2/F2M/XXXXX, which is what you should be using. It was not the email address.

If you did use the email address in the JbSubmit you had to have specified the aliasType in the Authentication.

I did set AliasType as M2F. It's working fine now. Thanks a lot.
