CDR (Call Detail Records)

Hello,

 

Is the push Service CDR also available for SMS and Email jobs?  I only see references to Fax jobs.

And if available for Email would it also have to Open Rate, Click Rate, how often a file is downloaded and unique open clicks?

CDR is not relly part of the API. It might contain bcdetail information for any kind of delivery, but probably doesn't know anything about clicks and opens.

You should talk to your Sales Person or PreSales Engineer about which report fits your need.
