Developer Instance

Hi
I have successfully signed up for a dev account but I can seem to find where I would provision a sandbox/test instance to develop against.
Any tips on how to set this up?

At this time, we have the Trial available for our Services that enables you to create applications using tools and resources made available through the developer console accessed directly from this site. Once you have logged into the site, sign up for the trial on our Plans page. Then you have the following resource available to begin developing applications:
