Suggestions please for any Latest UI frameworks for Forms Power view

Can someone please suggest any latest UI frameworks used recently for Content Server form template power views if possible provide with an example . I am trying to implement forms having huge number of fields and different types (key look up buttons, drop downs, address bar, multi select, radio, user id etc ) and also draft the forms.

Form Templates are just HTML Forms, so once you have the fields created in the template (and thus Content Server) you can use which ever framework you want.
