I am looking for training and / or documentation for Content Server 10.5 that is helpful for workflow creation, as well as report creation. I have not found a lot of information out there.

We can probably help with this, particularly from a report creation point of view. I have recently had to refresh on CS 10.5 and I have access to a dev system for this version. I was heavily involved in the development of WebReports (and LiveReports) at that point in time. I'm generally familiar with Workflows, particularly of that era. We do WebReports training and I could tailor something based on that version if needs be.
