Sharing Violations with Active faxes

We have a folder on our server where faxes are dumped to prior to their transmissions. Common extensions that appear here are error, bak, and eml. Are there any sharing violations the RightFax has on these files if I we wanted to read or copy its contents from another program? Is there a grace period where bak or eml are not touched files before RightFax creates a handle on it?

Generally. we suspected checking if there was an active handle on the file or simply copying the file to read later, but often these tasks are complex and could interfere with the process.

We have a FileSystemWatcher monitoring this particular directory.
