I'm seeking guidance on setting up a live report in Content Server. My goal is to obtain detailed information about files that have been uploaded on a specific date. I would like to understand how to configure the date input in my user interface and then use that date to filter results into a table with columns: Parent ID, Data ID, Name, CreatedBy, Create Date, MimeType, DataSize, and Category.

Could anyone provide specific steps on structuring the SQL query and designing the table in the live report to achieve this? I appreciate any advice or examples that can streamline the process.

Hi.

You can copy/edit the existing LiveReport named "What's new Today?".

This report is shipped as part of the standard LiveReports in the LiveReports Volume.

If you are an Admin privileged user, go to admin page ?func=admin.index and search for "Open LiveReports Volume"

Copy "What's new Today?", give it a new name and edit accordingly by changing the Report Format drop-down to "Auto LiveReport".

@Frank Kidd has provided a step-by-step picture of how one does it.CS(livelink) creates a slew of tables and if you really want to know its ER you have to sign an NDA with OT, but chances are since it is a 30-year application almost all table data its relations have been posted here. Please do a little bit of research as this forum is meant to help someone go over a hump but not actually do it for them:) There's also training on how LR are being made I also think the new Documentation has examples as well.OT's documentation s like any other Technical Documentation.It will not go over anything more than what is necessary.So if you added an LR and did "help for this page" some sparse documentation will occur.Using old posts that pothers have posted one can almost find anything that one is after:)
