Final status callback not received for gamma code: 5000 - State: cancelled

For production account EDM.Fax@prudential.com, when invoking the

https://api.us.cloudmessaging.opentext.com/mra/v1/outbound/faxes

endpoint for sending a fax, the webhook callback API registered for final fax status updates is not being invoked when the final state is 'cancelled' and gamma code is 5000. For all other final state and gamma code values the webhook fax update endpoint is invoked.

Could you please investigate why this is occurring. The following are recent related job_id's for this issue.
