Hi Team, I have requirement where I need to auto assign incident
where I need to pull the 1st level support group from the upstream device of involved device in incident. For E.g. navigate to involved device in IM --> Related Ci tab from the Involved device--> Upstream Application Instance (Actual Service)--> fetch the first level of support group from that application instance & auto assign the incident. Here Native SACM is enabled.
Condition: Involved device can have multiple upstream device with subtype type as 'Application Instance' (Actual Service) & we need to consider that application instance which ever comes first with not null 1st level support group. Refer the screenshot below
Trying to get the Upstream Application Instance 1st Level group in custom field of Device first, as the relationships resides in uCMDB, unable to pull the same.
Need a way to achieve this kind of requirement.
