Some users in our system are responsible for uploading documents to various folders, and they have been doing this for a long time without any issues. We haven’t made any changes to the system settings, but one day, some users (not all of them) started receiving the following error while uploading documents:
“Skipped items”
We even tried giving admin permissions and attempted the upload again, but it didn’t help. Interestingly, if they access the same document upload screen using an private browser tab, the upload works successfully.
I’ve done extensive research, but I haven’t been able to identify the root cause. We also investigated whether it might be related to browser settings, but we couldn’t resolve the issue.
