xECM "Failed to establish OTDS integration state: Missing connection parameters"

Hello Experts,

Post upgrade to xECM 25.4, the diagnostic report shows the error message "SoapFaultCode:5  Missing connection parameters" and

log says We have followed all the steps from Opentext installation & Upgrade guide. Please let us know if we are missing any step here. Also we found in document "OpenText Content Management for SAP Solutions CE 25.4 - Installation and Upgrade Guide English (ERLK250400-IGD-EN-01).pdf " in line 197 under  section 25.1.2 Understanding the details of the Diagnostic Program which says  "Starting with version 25.4, the configuration of logical ports is no longer required for the following SOAP based web services.... "  . Our SAP add-on version is 24.4.

Yes we could resolve this issue. This was due to the webservices version mismatch. This hotfix (9956) which was marked depricated in late Feb was deploying otsapxecm 26.2 version which was causing this issue. We removed that deprecated patch using System center and re-dployed otsapxecm 25.4 version which is compatible in tomcat and gave a service restart. This resolved the issue.
