WebReport Email – Only First TO Recipient Receiving Email (OTCS 24.3)

Hello Team,

We have implemented a WebReport to send email notifications to multiple recipients configured under both “TO” and “CC” in the WebReport destination. However, we are observing the following behavior:

• Email is delivered only to the first recipient in the “TO” list
• All recipients configured under “CC” receive the email successfully
• Multiple TO recipients are provided as a comma-separated list (",")

We have validated:

• Email addresses are correct
• SMTP configuration is working as expected
• Same behavior occurs with different sets of recipients

Our environment:

• OpenText Content Server version: 24.3

Could you please confirm the following?

1. Is this a known limitation/behavior in OTCS WebReports?
2. If any configuration or patch is required to enable delivery to multiple TO recipients.

Any guidance or documentation reference would be helpful.

did you raise this with OT Support ? what email addresses have you tried ? what do the logs say as they often include the SMTP discussion ? what does your mail server log say - does it get all the TO's or just the first one ?
