Trying to use the SOAP WS to send a fax. The userId value is what I have registered in my cloud account associated with my email. I also made sure I had the header for XM-Token-Authorization that was provided to me by our account rep.
Sample POST body:
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ws="http://ws.xm.faxserver.com/">
<soapenv:Header/>
<soapenv:Body>
<ws:sendFax>
<userId>caipa-helios.service</userId>
<subject>Test Fax</subject>
<comment>Test Comment</comment>
<recipient>
<number>9725329272</number>
</recipient>

<contents>SGVsbG8gV29ybGQh</contents>
</attachment>
</ws:sendFax>
</soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>
