Fax2Mail Reports for Same Day Jobs

Hi there,

I'm using a Fax2Mail - basically OpenText is sending all incoming faxes to an API endpoint on my end.

I want to set up a report that's generated 3 times a day and indicates all jobs that failed that day - up until the time that the report was generated.

The issue is that the OpenText admin portal only allows me to setup reports for jobs that failed in the previous day.

Would someone here be able to help me set this up?

Hi Jared,

Need some clarity on the endpoint which you are using. Is it SOAP or REST End Point?

If it is SOAP End point, You can use of <ProgressReport>

If the customer wants to try using myportal, then in webadmin progress_reports has to be configured.
